Why I do this work

My journey towards holistic health began not only through my studies and further educations, but also through my own experiences.

I know from personal experience just how closely physical symptoms, stress, self-esteem, nutrition and mental wellbeing are linked. For many years, I have grappled with issues such as food cravings, restrictive eating, hormonal imbalances, bloating, autoimmune disorders, burnout and the search for inner balance.

Our bodies are constantly communicating with us. Symptoms are often not enemies, but valuable clues that something has become unbalanced. They urge us to rethink our lifestyle and habits before serious health problems arise.

Today, I combine psychological knowledge, holistic health, nutrition and practical everyday tools to support people on their own journey in a sustainable way.
