Symptoms are often suppressed with medication. Unfortunately, other symptoms tend to appear sooner or later.

I firmly believe that symptoms are warning signs from our body that something is out of balance - be it physical or psychological. They urge us to reconsider our lifestyle before more serious problems develop.

A holistic view of different areas is crucial to uncover the causes. After years of travel, different experiences and reading interesting books, I realised that everything is connected. Our thoughts play an important role; 70% of all illnesses are psychological, which is why I studied psychology.

I am particularly fascinated by the connections between nutrition, lifestyle, immune system and the health of our gut. The latter plays a key role, especially in depression and anxiety disorders.

Since I myself suffered from gut problems such as bloating and dysbiosis for a long time, this topic is particularly close to my heart. I read a lot about it and later shared it. That's why people often approach me for help with such discomforts.

These, like many other diseases, are not only hereditary, although many think otherwise. Since you can influence many of them, I encourage you to take responsibility for your own health. Unfortunately, a few pills are not enough for a lasting effect.

If you want to work with me, it means taking an active approach to your health. I offer support through questions, individual plans, information on gut healing and reconstruction, and regular check-ins. Depending on the cause, it can take months. We often see improvements after just a few weeks.

A passion for food & the psychology of life

After my master’s in psychology, I went on a multi-year journey to find out how else I could positively influence my mental and physical health. Nutrition and meditation in particular caught my attention.

In addition to my further education as a holistic nutrition and health consultant, I also integrate principles of Ayurveda and focus on gut health. I love helping people to eat healthier, and enjoy food and life.
